Accessibility statement

This statement covers the website, including Eli’s booking and owner screens, and emails sent by the website.

Accessibility level

Partial conformance — no external audit has been performed. The Eli Eyebrows website was built to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 AA under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations 5773–2013. The standard is based on WCAG 2.0 AA; our working target is WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations are listed below. This statement does not certify a complete accessibility audit.

Website adjustments

Keyboard navigation, a homepage skip link, visible focus and navigation links with tap targets of at least 44 pixels; heading structure and Hebrew RTL / English LTR direction. Information-page text has at least 4.5:1 contrast and is designed to reflow with 200% text enlargement. Reduced motion follows the device preference. Content images have an alternative-text field; descriptions must be checked when images are uploaded.

The accessibility menu lets you increase or decrease text size, use high contrast or grayscale, highlight links, choose a readable font, increase text spacing, enlarge the cursor and stop animations. Your choices are saved on this device; reset restores the default settings. The menu also links to this statement.

Known limitations and incomplete checks

Screen-reader and enlarged-text verification of every booking and owner screen is incomplete, especially calendar controls. Screen-reader and enlarged-text verification of emails is incomplete. Homepage animations stop when the device motion preference or the menu’s stop animations option is enabled. Contact Eli for an accessible alternative.

Studio accessibility

The studio is in a private house in Herzliya, with one small step at the entrance and street parking. Ask about adjustments and assistance before visiting. The full street address is shown to you when signed in, on the booking review step before confirmation and on your booked appointment, and sent in your booking confirmation and reminders.
